Ignition OFF. Measure:

Are the resistances greater than 10,000 ohms?

Yes

GO to AD3

No

REPAIR the circuit in question.

AD3 CHECK THE REAR CENTER HEADLINER (COUPE) OR RHR (RIGHT-HAND REAR) QUARTER PANEL (CONVERTIBLE) ANC (ACTIVE NOISE CONTROL) MICROPHONE CIRCUITS FOR AN OPEN

Disconnect:

Rear Center Headliner C9223 for the coupe. RHR Quarter Panel C4829 for the convertible.
