AJ5 ISOLATE THE REAR CENTER HEADLINER (COUPE) OR RHR (RIGHT-HAND REAR) QUARTER PANEL (CONVERTIBLE) ANC (ACTIVE NOISE CONTROL) MICROPHONE
Connect: ACM C240B. Install a new rear center headliner (coupe) or RHR quarter panel (convertible) ANC microphone. REFER to: Active Noise Control Microphone (415-00B Information and Entertainment System - General Information - Vehicles With: Touchscreen Display, Removal and Installation). Using a diagnostic scan tool, clear the Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) from the DACMC. Ignition OFF. Ignition ON. Wait at least 5 seconds Using a diagnostic scan tool, perform the DACMC self-test.
Is DTC B13F5:01 still present in the DACMC?
Yes | GO to AJ6 | |

No | The system is operating correctly at this time. The concern was caused by an inoperative ANC microphone. | |
AJ6 CHECK FOR CORRECT DACMC (DIGITAL AUDIO CONTROL MODULE C) OPERATION
Ignition OFF. Disconnect and inspect all the ACM connectors. Repair:
Corrosion (clean module pins or install new connectors or terminals) Damaged or bent pins (install new terminals or pins) Pushed-out pins (install new pins as necessary)
Reconnect the ACM connectors. Make sure they seat and latch correctly. Operate the system and determine if the concern is still present.
