Is the resistance less than 3 ohms?
Yes | INSTALL a new rear lamp assembly. REFER to: Rear Lamp Assembly (417-01 Exterior Lighting, Removal and Installation). CLEAR the diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs). PERFORM the BCMB self-test. If the DTC returns, GO to E4 | |

E4 CHECK FOR CORRECT BCMB (BODY CONTROL MODULE B) OPERATION
Disconnect and inspect all BCMB connectors. Repair:
corrosion (install new connector or terminals – clean module pins) damaged or bent pins – install new terminals/pins pushed-out pins – install new pins as necessary
Reconnect the BCMB connectors. Make sure they seat and latch correctly.
