Disconnect the wire harness retainers from the starter motor mounting studbolts and position the wire harness aside.

4. Remove the starter motor mounting studbolts and then position starter motor aside.

Torque

: 35 lb.ft (47.5 Nm)

5. Open the starter motor solenoid battery cable cover.
