Is the voltage greater than 11 volts?

Yes		GO to A6
No		VERIFY the BJB fuse 26 (25A) is OK. If OK, REPAIR the circuit. If not OK, REFER to the Wiring Diagrams Manual to identify the possible cause of the circuit short.

A6 CHECK THE WIPER RELAY CONTROL CIRCUIT FOR AN OPEN

Disconnect BCM C2280F. Measure:
