Feeler Gauge

Adjustment

1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. Refer to: Jacking and Lifting - Overview (100-02 Jacking and Lifting, Description and Operation).

2. Tighten the parking brake cable adjustment nut until one or both caliper levers are 2.0 mm off of their stops. Use the General Equipment: Feeler Gauge

3. Fully apply and release the parking brake 5 times
