Condenser Outlet Line - 5.0L 32V Ti-VCT

Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

1. Recover the refrigerant. Refer to: Air Conditioning (A/C) System Recovery, Evacuation and Charging (412-00 Climate Control System - General Information, General Procedures).

2. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. Refer to: Jacking and Lifting - Overview (100-02 Jacking and Lifting, Description and Operation).

3. Remove the bolts, the retainers and the underbody shield. Torque : 18 lb.in (2 Nm)

4. Remove the nut and disconnect the A/C condenser outlet line. Torque : 80 lb.in (9 Nm)
