Are the resistances less than 3 ohms?
Yes | GO to F4 |

No | REPAIR the circuit in question. |
F4 CHECK THE ILLUMINATION CIRCUIT FOR A SHORT TO GROUND
Measure the inoperative switch:

Are the resistances greater than 10,000 ohms?
Yes | GO to F6 |

No | REPAIR the circuit in question. |
F5 CHECK THE ILLUMINATION CIRCUIT FOR A SHORT TO VOLTAGE
Disconnect PDM C652A. Ignition ON.
Is the passenger door lock/unlock switch and/or the passenger window switch illuminated?
Yes | REPAIR the circuit in question. |

No | GO to F6 |
F6 CHECK FOR CORRECT PDM (PASSENGER DOOR MODULE) OPERATION
Disconnect and inspect all PDM connectors. Repair:
corrosion (install new connector or terminals — clean module pins)
