G5 CHECK THE SUSPECT STEERING WHEEL SWITCH FOR ILLUMINATION VOLTAGE AND GROUND
Place the headlamp switch in the OFF position. Ignition OFF. Remove the driver airbag. REFER to: Driver Airbag (501-20B Supplemental Restraint System, Removal and Installation). Disconnect the suspect switch. Place the headlamp switch in the PARKING LAMPS ON position. Ignition ON. Measure the voltage and ground at the inoperative switch, harness side:
