If more than 15 minutes have passed and satellite radio channels have not updated, refer to www.siriusxm.com/refresh and input the ESN again to resend/refresh the signal.

Yes	The system is operating correctly at this time. The concern was a result of the ESN and VIN on the customer’s SIRIUS file not matching the ESN and VIN retrieved from the vehicle.
No	• If a "Good," "Very Good," or "Excellent" PID value was able to be obtained, REFER to www.siriusxm.com/refresh and input the ESN to resend the activation signal. • If a "Good," "Very Good," or "Excellent" PID value was not able to be obtained, GO to C6

Using a diagnostic scan tool, view the ACM Parameter Identifications (PIDs). Monitor the Satellite Radio Signal Strength PID (SAT_SIG_STR). If the PID reads "No Signal" or "Poor," drive the vehicle to an outdoor location that is free from obstacles such as tall buildings or large trees until a "Good," "Very Good," or "Excellent" PID value is obtained. Operate multiple channels with the audio system in satellite radio mode.

Can a "Good," "Very Good," or "Excellent" PID value be obtained and does the satellite radio system receive multiple channels with normal sound quality?

Yes	The system is operating correctly at this time. The concern was a result of obstructions in the antenna's line of sight.
No	GO to C6

C6 CHECK FOR ACM (AUDIO FRONT CONTROL MODULE) DTC (DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE) B1A89:11 OR DTC (DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE) B1A89:13

Ignition ON. Using a diagnostic scan tool, clear the ACM Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs). Using a diagnostic scan tool, perform the ACM self-test.

Is DTC B1A89:11 and/or DTC B1A89:13 set in the ACM?

Yes	GO to C7
No	GO to C21

C7 CHECK FOR CORRECT ACM (AUDIO FRONT CONTROL MODULE) OUTPUT VOLTAGE FROM THE SATELLITE RADIO COAXIAL CABLE CONNECTION

Ignition OFF. Disconnect: Satellite radio antenna coaxial cable from the ACM. REFER to: Audio Front Control Module (ACM) (415-00B Information and Entertainment System - General Information - Vehicles With: Touchscreen Display, Removal and Installation). Ignition ON. Measure:
