C20 CHECK THE SATELLITE RADIO/GPS (GLOBAL POSITIONING SYSTEM) ANTENNA UNIT SHIELD FOR CONTINUITY TO ANTENNA UNIT BASE

Remove the satellite radio/GPS antenna. REFER to: Satellite Radio Antenna (415-00B Information and Entertainment System - General Information - Vehicles With: Touchscreen Display, Removal and Installation). Measure:

Is the resistance less than 1 ohm?

Yes

INSPECT and REPAIR any corrosion on the antenna unit base and/or vehicle mounting surface. REINSTALL the antenna and ensure the proper torque value is achieved. REFER to: Satellite Radio Antenna (415-00B Information and Entertainment System - General Information - Vehicles With: Touchscreen Display, Removal and Installation).

INSTALL a new satellite radio/GPS antenna. REFER to: Satellite Radio Antenna (415-00B Information and Entertainment System - General Information - Vehicles With: Touchscreen Display, Removal and Installation).

C21 CHECK FOR CORRECT ACM (AUDIO FRONT CONTROL MODULE) OPERATION

Ignition OFF. Disconnect and inspect all ACM connectors. Repair:

Corrosion (clean module pins or install new connectors or terminals) Damaged or bent pins (install new terminals or pins) Pushed-out pins (install new pins as necessary)

Reconnect the ACM connectors. Make sure they seat and latch correctly. Operate the system and determine if the concern is still present.

Is the concern still present?

Yes

CHECK OASIS for any applicable Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs). If a TSB exists for this concern, DISCONTINUE this test and FOLLOW TSB instructions. If no Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) address this concern, INSTALL a new ACM. REFER to: Audio Front Control Module (ACM) (415-00B Information and Entertainment System - General Information - Vehicles With: Touchscreen Display, Removal and Installation).

The system is operating correctly at this time. The concern may have been caused by module connections. ADDRESS the root cause of any connector or pin issues.

SIRIUS Travel Link Is Inoperative Or Does Not Operate Correctly
