Is the voltage greater than 11 volts?

Yes

GO to B6

No

REPAIR the circuit in question.

B6 CHECK THE HEADLAMP RELAY

Connect a fused jumper wire:

Is the inoperative headlamp now illuminated?

Yes

REMOVE the fuse jumper wire. INSTALL a new headlamp relay.
