The Front Controls Interface Module (FCIM) Does Not Respond To The Diagnostic Scan Tool

Normal Operation and Fault Conditions
The FCIM communicates on the MS-CAN, and communicates with the diagnostic scan tool through the HS-CAN2. Diagnostic messages are sent/received through the HS-CAN2 circuits at the DLC, and translated through the GWM to the MS-CAN.
