CLC, DRIVE, VFS3 hydraulic circuits blocked/leaking

DISASSEMBLE and INSPECT the main control valve body and separator plate passages for debris/blockage. CLEAN as necessary.

Input shaft, input shaft Teflon™ seals, forward clutch drum

DISASSEMBLE and INSPECT the transmission passages for debris/blockage. CLEAN as necessary. REFER to: Transmission .

Forward clutch friction plates or piston seals

DISASSEMBLE and INSPECT the transmission passages for debris/blockage. CLEAN as necessary. REFER to: Transmission .

Forward clutch piston return spring

DISASSEMBLE and INSPECT the transmission passages for debris/blockage. CLEAN as necessary. REFER to: Transmission .

Intermediate Clutch

For intermediate clutch operation, REFER to: Intermediate Clutch Assembly . Intermediate Clutch

Condition Possible Sources Action Main control to case seal blocked, INSTALL a new seal. REFER to: damaged, or missing Main Control Valve Body . INSTALL a new solenoid. REFER to: Shift Solenoids (SS) . SSC is mechanically stuck OFF PERFORM the Transmission Strategy Download, REFER to: Transmission Strategy Download . DISASSEMBLE, CLEAN and Intermediate clutch does not INSPECT the regulator valve. If apply Clutch C regulator valve stuck bore or valve is damaged, OFF INSTALL a new main control valve body. REFER to: Main Control Valve Body . DISASSEMBLE and INSPECT the main control valve body and CLC, DRIVE, VFS3 hydraulic separator plate passages for circuits blocked/leaking debris/blockage. CLEAN as necessary. REFER to: Main
