1. Remove the bolts.

2. Using the special tools, remove the input shaft bearing. Inspect the input shaft bearing for wear or damage. Install a new bearing as necessary. Use Special Service Tool: 308-202 (T91T-7127-B) Installer, Input Shaft Bearing. , 205-153 (T80T- 4000-W) Handle.

3. Using the special tools, remove the countershaft bearing. Inspect the countershaft bearing for wear or damage. Install a new bearing as necessary. Use Special Service Tool: 308-202 (T91T-7127-B) Installer, Input Shaft Bearing. , 205-153 (T80T- 4000-W) Handle.
