Using the special tool remove the fuel level sensor lock ring. Use Special Service Tool: 310-123 Locking Ring, Fuel Tank.

14. NOTICE: The fuel level sensor must be handled carefully to avoid damage to the float arm.

Position the fuel level sensor aside. Using the Fuel Storage Tanker, completely drain the RH saddle of the fuel tank.
