Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

2. Install new O-ring seals and gasket seals.

3. Add the correct amount of clean PAG oil to the refrigerant system. Refer to: Refrigerant Oil Adding (412-00 Climate Control System - General Information, General Procedures).

4. NOTE: Studbolts are to be discarded.

Loosely install the A/C compressor studbolts to make sure the dowels are seated correctly, tighten in the sequence shown. Torque : Stage 1: 18 lb.ft (25 Nm) Stage 2: 90°
