Removal

NOTE: If possible, place the temperature door in the mid-position. This will unload the tension on the temperature door to ease replacement of the actuator.

1. NOTE: Do not apply power to the actuator while disconnected from the temperature door shaft.

Disconnect the driver side temperature door actuator connector, remove the retainers and the driver side temperature door actuator.

Installation

1. Inspect and align the timing marks prior to installation of the driver side temperature door actuator.
