Removal

NOTE: If possible, place the temperature door in the mid-position. This will unload the tension on the temperature door to ease replacement of the actuator.

1. Disconnect the passenger side temperature door actuator connector. Remove the retainers and the passenger side temperature door actuator.

Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
