Reconnect the ACM connectors. Make sure they seat and latch correctly. Operate the system and determine if the concern is still present.

Yes

CHECK OASIS for any applicable Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs). If a TSB exists for this concern, DISCONTINUE this test and FOLLOW TSB instructions. If no Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) address this concern, INSTALL a new ACM. REFER to: Audio Front Control Module (ACM) (415-00A Information and Entertainment System - General Information - Vehicles With: AM/FM/CD/SYNC, Removal and Installation).

The system is operating correctly at this time. The concern may have been caused by module connections. ADDRESS the root cause of any connector or pin issues.

Set by the DACMC when a fault is detected with the ANC system.

Improper ANC microphone installation or damage Wiring, terminals, or connectors DACMC

Visual Inspection and Diagnostic Pre-checks

The ANC system may not be compatible with speakers, other audio system components, and audio system architectures not approved by Ford. Ensure that no modifications have been made to the audio system. Inspect the LHF, RHF, RHR, and LHR door midwoofer speaker locations for items that may be blocking the speaker sound output.
