E11 INSPECT THE RHF (RIGHT-HAND FRONT) ANC (ACTIVE NOISE CONTROL) MICROPHONE FOR DAMAGE
Inspect the microphone and microphone mounting bezel for damage.
Is any damage present?
Yes | REPLACE the microphone or mounting bezel as needed. REFER to: Active Noise Control Microphone (415-00A Information and Entertainment System - General Information - Vehicles With: AM/FM/CD/SYNC, Removal and Installation). |

E12 INSPECT THE REAR ANC (ACTIVE NOISE CONTROL) MICROPHONE INSTALLATION
Gain access to the rear ANC microphone. REFER to: Active Noise Control Microphone (415-00A Information and Entertainment System - General Information - Vehicles With: AM/FM/CD/SYNC, Removal and Installation). Inspect the microphone for correct mounting.
The microphone is snapped into the mounting bezel. The microphone is seated properly. The microphone mounting bezel is properly glued to the headliner with no gaps between the headliner and all four corners of the microphone mounting bezel.
