Diagnostic Aids:

Application Key On Engine Off Key On Engine Running Continuous Memory

All GO to Pinpoint Test HK.

P2091 - B Camshaft Position Actuator Control Circuit High Bank 1

Description: This DTC sets when high voltage on the VCT12 circuit exceeds a calibrated limit for a calibrated amount of time.

Possible Causes: • VCT12 circuit open

• VCT12 circuit short to voltage

• VPWR circuit open

• Damaged variable camshaft timing bank 1 solenoid 2 (VCT12)

Diagnostic Aids:

Application Key On Engine Off Key On Engine Running Continuous Memory

All GO to Pinpoint Test HK.

P2096 - Post Catalyst Fuel Trim System Too Lean Bank 1

Description: The PCM monitors the correction value from the heated oxygen sensor bank 1, sensor 2 (HO2S12) as part of

the fore-aft oxygen sensor control routine. This DTC sets when the correction value is greater than a calibrated limit.

Possible Causes: • Corrosion

• Incorrect connections

• Exhaust leaks

• Contaminated universal HO2S11

Diagnostic Aids: Inspect the connectors for signs of damage, water intrusion or corrosion.

Application Key On Engine Off Key On Engine Running Continuous Memory

All GO to Pinpoint Test DZ.

P2097 - Post Catalyst Fuel Trim System Too Rich Bank 1

Description: The PCM monitors the correction value from the heated oxygen sensor bank 1, sensor 2 (HO2S12) as part of

the fore-aft oxygen sensor control routine. This DTC sets when the correction value is greater than a calibrated limit.

Possible Causes: • Corrosion

• Incorrect connections

• Exhaust leaks
