DR12 CHECK FOR DTCS

• Carry out the PCM self-test.

Are any DTCs present?

Yes

No

INSTALL a new CMP sensor. REFER to the Workshop Manual Section 303-14, Electronic Engine Controls.

Clear the PCM DTCs. REPEAT the self-test.

The system is operating correctly at this time. The concern may have been caused by a loose or corroded connector.

Clear the PCM DTCs. REPEAT the self-test.
