Yes | REPAIR the ground circuit. |

No | REMOVE the fused jumper wire. GO to C4 |
C4 CHECK THE CPP (CLUTCH PEDAL POSITION) TOP OF TRAVEL SWITCH SIGNAL CIRCUIT FOR AN OPEN
Ignition OFF. Disconnect PCM C1551B (2.3L), C1381B (3.7L) or C175B (5.0L). Measure:
