6. Install the thermostat housing. Refer to: Thermostat Housing (303-03C Engine Cooling - 5.0L 32V Ti-VCT/5.0L Ti-VCT V8 (308kW/418PS), Removal and Installation).
7. Remove the plastic from the A/C compressor belt.
8. Install the acceccory drive belt. Refer to: Accessory Drive Belt (303-05C Accessory Drive - 5.0L 32V Ti-VCT/5.0L Ti-VCT V8 (308kW/418PS), Removal and Installation).
9. Tighten the coolant pump pulley bolts. Torque : 18 lb.ft (25 Nm)
10. Install the air cleaner outlet pipe. Refer to: Air Cleaner Outlet Pipe (303-12C Intake Air Distribution and Filtering - 5.0L 32V Ti-VCT/5.0L Ti-VCT V8 (308kW/418PS), Removal and Installation).
11. Fill and bleed the cooling system. Refer to: Cooling System Draining and Vacuum Filling (303-03C Engine Cooling - 5.0L 32V Ti-VCT/5.0L Ti-VCT V8 (308kW/418PS), General Procedures).
