DISASSEMBLE, CLEAN and INSPECT the low/reverse clutch Low/Reverse clutch (CBLR/C456) regulator valve. If bore or valve is regulator valve stuck OFF damaged, INSTALL a new main control. REFER to: Main Control Valve Body . DISASSEMBLE and INSPECT the main control valve body and SSD SIG, CBLR/C456 SUPPLY, separator plate passages for CBLR SUPPLY hydraulic circuits debris/blockage. CLEAN as blocked/leaking necessary. REFER to: Main Control Valve Body . REMOVE the main control valve REV/SSE SIG to multiplex shift body and INSPECT the check ball valve shuttle ball missing/damaged missing/damage. REFER to: Main Control Valve Body . DISASSEMBLE, CLEAN and INSPECT the multiplex shift valve. Multiplex shift valve stuck in default If bore or valve is damaged, position INSTALL a new main control valve body. REFER to: Main Control Valve Body . DISASSEMBLE and INSPECT the transmission cover passages for CBLR supply hydraulic circuit debris/blockage. CLEAN as blocked or leaking necessary. REFER to: Transmission . INSPECT the planetary carrier/center ring gear for wear Rear planetary carrier/center ring and damage that would prevent gear the gear from being held. INSTALL new components necessary. REFER to: Transmission . DISASSEMBLE and INSPECT the low/reverse clutch friction and Low/Reverse clutch friction plates steel plates. INSTALL new components as necessary. REFER to: Transmission . INSTALL a new low/reverse clutch Low/Reverse clutch piston seal piston and seals. REFER to: leakage Transmission . INSTALL a new solenoid. REFER SSD solenoid filter seal damaged to: Shift Solenoids (SS) . INSTALL a new solenoid. REFER to: Shift Solenoids (SS) .
