Installation

1. Install new gaskets on the engine front cover.

2. NOTICE: The VCT variable force solenoid pins must be fully depressed to avoid interference with

the VCT valve tips when installing the engine front cover. Failure to follow these instructions can result in damage to the engine.

NOTE: RH shown, LH similar.

Fully depress the VCT variable force solenoid pins.
