Removal

1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. Refer to: Jacking and Lifting - Overview (100-02 Jacking and Lifting, Description and Operation).

2. Remove the transmission support insulator nuts.

3. Support the transmission with a transmission jack. Secure the transmission to the transmission jack. Use the General Equipment: Transmission Jack Use the General Equipment: Retaining Strap

4. Remove the transmission support insulator bolts and the transmission support insulator.
