Accessory Drive Belt Tensioner

Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

1. Remove the air cleaner outlet pipe. Refer to: Air Cleaner Outlet Pipe (303-12C Intake Air Distribution and Filtering - 5.0L 32V Ti-VCT/5.0L Ti-VCT V8 (308kW/418PS), Removal and Installation).

2. Rotate the accessory drive belt tensioner counter clockwise and position aside the accessory drive belt.

3. Remove the bolt and the accessory drive belt tensioner. Torque : 35 lb.ft (48 Nm)
