Radiator — Removal — Engine Cooling - 2.3L EcoBoost (231kW & 314PS) · Reference 5885

Drain the cooling system. Refer to: Cooling System Draining and Vacuum Filling .

NOTE: Make sure that all openings are sealed.

3. Remove the nut and disconnect the A/C condenser outlet line.

Torque

: 80 lb.in (9 Nm)

4. Loosen the clamp and disconnect the CAC inlet tube.

Torque

: 44 lb.in (5 Nm)

5. Disconnect the turbocharger boost pressure sensor connector.

Release the clamp and disconnect the lower radiator hose.

Use the General Equipment: Hose Clamp Remover/Installer

Loosen the clamp and disconnect the CAC outlet tube.
