Disconnect PCM.
Ignition ON.
Measure:

Is the voltage greater than 10, 000 ohms?
Yes | GO to B13 |

No | REPAIR the circuit. |

B13 CHECK THE SIGNAL RETURN CIRCUIT FOR AN OPEN
Connect PCM.
Ignition ON.
For the 2.3L, measure:
