21. From the rear of the instrument panel position the electrical harness aside on the RH side.

1. Remove the instrument panel upper section to in-vehicle cross beam bolts. Torque : 22 lb.in (2.5 Nm)

2. Release the harness retainers.

22. NOTE: Make sure that all electrical connectors and wiring are not hindered before removing the instrument panel upper section or damage to the components may occur.

From the front of the instrument panel position remove the 5 instrument panel upper section to in-vehicle cross beam bolts and remove the instrument panel upper section.
