19. Remove the bolts.

Disconnect the 3 electrical connectors. Torque : 80 lb.in (9 Nm)

20. From the rear of the instrument panel position the electrical harness aside on the LH side.

1. Remove the instrument panel upper section to in-vehicle cross beam bolts. Torque : 22 lb.in (2.5 Nm)

2. Release the harness retainers.
