S1 CHECK THE DOOR LOCK OPERATION
Do the doors lock and unlock?

S2 CHECK THE RKE (REMOTE KEYLESS ENTRY) OPERATION
Press the lock and unlock buttons on a key.
Do the doors lock and unlock?
Yes | GO to S3 |

S3 CHECK THE PASSIVE ENTRY OPERATION FROM ALL DOORS
Operate the passive entry feature from the left door. Operate the passive entry feature from the right door.
Is the passive entry feature inoperative from all the doors?
Yes | GO to S4 |

No | GO to S7 |
S4 CHECK THE EXTERIOR DOOR HANDLE GROUND CIRCUIT FOR A SHORT TO VOLTAGE
Ignition OFF. Disconnect BCM C2280D. Ignition ON. Measure:

Yes | REPAIR the circuit. |

S5 CHECK THE EXTERIOR DOOR HANDLE GROUND CIRCUIT FOR A SHORT TO GROUND
Ignition OFF. Measure:

Disconnect Left Front Exterior Door Handle C543. Measure:
