Hood Latch

Removal

NOTE: LHD shown, RHD similar.

1. Remove the retainers and the radiator sight shield.

2. Remove the hood latch.

1. Mark the hood latch nuts for reference.

2. Remove the hood latch nuts.

3. Disconnect the hood ajar switch electrical connector.

4. Disconnect the hood latch release cable from the hood latch and remove the hood latch.
