A module does not respond to the diagnostic scan tool

Fuse Wiring, terminals, or connectors Module

The RH lower steering wheel switches are inoperative or do not operate correctly

Refer to the Pinpoint Test

GO to Pinpoint Test X

The RH upper steering wheel switches are inoperative or do not operate correctly

Refer to the Pinpoint Test

GO to Pinpoint Test Y

The CD player is inoperative or does not operate correctly

CD ACM

INSPECT the CD for scratches, fingerprints, a loose paper label, incorrect format, or damage. INSERT a known good CD and TEST the system.

If the system operates correctly, the concern was caused by a damaged CD. If the system does not operate correctly, INSTALL a new ACM . REFER to: Audio Front Control Module (ACM) (415-00A Information and Entertainment System - General Information - Vehicles With: AM/FM/CD/SYNC, Removal and Installation).

The speed compensated volume does not operate correctly
