Removal

NOTICE: Do not press, pull or otherwise move the clutch pedal while installing the cruise control deactivator switchswitch. Install the switch with the clutch pedal in the at-rest position. Installing this switch with the clutch pedal in any other position results in incorrect adjustment and damages the switch.

1. Remove the driver knee airbag. Refer to: Driver Knee Airbag (501-20B Supplemental Restraint System, Removal and Installation).

2. Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the cruise control deactivator switch.

Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
