Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

1. Remove the active grille shutter assembly. Refer to: Active Grille Shutter (501-02 Front End Body Panels, Removal and Installation).

2. Remove the upper linkage.

3. Remove the retainer. Using a screwdriver, push up on the clip and remove the active grille shutter actuator.
