Install a new turbocharger O-ring seal and lubricate with clean engine oil.

: Motorcraft® SAE 5W-30 Premium Synthetic Blend Motor Oil (U.S.) / XO-5W30-QSP (U.S.) (WSS-M2C946-A)

Install a new turbocharger gasket.

NOTE: The oil drain tube must be fully seated prior to fastener rundown.

144. Install the turbocharger-to-cylinder block oil return tube and the bolts.

Torque

: 89 lb.in (10 Nm)

145. Inspect a the O-ring seals, replace if damaged.
