16. Install the transmission support crossmember. Refer to: Transmission Support Crossmember .

1. Connect the selector lever cable to the bracket.

2. Install the bolt.

Torque

: 62 lb.in (7 Nm)

3. Connect the selector lever cable to the selector lever.

NOTE: Lubricate with clean transmission fluid.

18. Inspect the transmission fluid cooler tube band seals and backing rings for damage, replace if necessary.
