Removal
1. Remove the following items:
1. Refer to: Fender (501-02 Front End Body Panels, Removal and Installation).
2. Refer to: Front Bumper (501-19 Bumpers, Removal and Installation).
3. Refer to: Headlamp Assembly (417-01 Exterior Lighting, Removal and Installation).
4. Refer to: Radiator (303-03A Engine Cooling - 2.3L EcoBoost (231kW/314PS), Removal and Installation).
5. Refer to: Radiator (303-03B Engine Cooling - 3.7L Duratec (227kW/301PS), Removal and Installation).
6. Refer to: Radiator (303-03C Engine Cooling - 5.0L 32V Ti-VCT/5.0L Ti-VCT V8 (308kW/418PS), Removal and Installation).
7. Refer to: Engine (303-01A Engine - 2.3L EcoBoost (231kW/314PS), Removal).
8. Refer to: Engine (303-01B Engine - 3.7L Duratec (227kW/301PS), Removal).
9. Refer to: Engine (303-01C Engine - 5.0L 32V Ti-VCT/5.0L Ti-VCT V8 (308kW/418PS), Removal).
10. Refer to: Front Subframe - 2.3L EcoBoost (201kW/273PS) (502-00 Uni-Body, Subframe and Mounting System, Removal and Installation).
11. Refer to: Front Subframe - 3.7L Duratec (227kW/301PS)/5.0L 32V Ti-VCT/5.2L 32V Ti-VCT (502-00 Uni-Body, Subframe and Mounting System, Removal and Installation).
2. If required, dimensionally restore vehicle to pre-accident condition. Refer to: Body and Frame (501-26 Body Repairs - Vehicle Specific Information and Tolerance Checks, Description and Operation).
3. NOTE: LH side shown, RH similar.
Mark a cutline and cut through the inner frame rail as indicated. Use the General Equipment: Air Body Saw
