Removal

NOTICE: Do not allow the brake caliper to hang from the brake hose or damage to the brake hose may occur.

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

All brake calipers

1. Remove the wheel and Tire. Refer to: Wheel and Tire (204-04A Wheels and Tires, Removal and Installation).

2-piston brake caliper

2. Remove the 2 bolts and position the brake caliper and brake pads aside. Torque : 85 lb.ft (115 Nm)

4-piston brake caliper

3. Remove the 2 bolts and position the brake caliper and brake pads aside. Discard the bolts.
