NOTE: A concern with the HS-CAN3 will cause the FDIM touchscreen to be blank.

Using a diagnostic scan tool, perform the network test.

Did the ACM, APIM, DACMC, and IPC pass the network test?

Yes	• If the DACMC failed the network test, REFER to: Communications Network (418-00 Module Communications Network, Diagnosis and Testing). See The DACMC Does Not Respond To The Diagnostic Scan Tool. • If the IPC failed the network test, REFER to: Communications Network (418-00 Module Communications Network, Diagnosis and Testing). See The IPC Does Not Respond To The Diagnostic Scan Tool.

AE4 CHECK FOR CORRECT VOLTAGE OUTPUT FROM THE APIM (SYNC MODULE) TO THE FDIM (FRONT DISPLAY INTERFACE MODULE)

Ignition OFF. Connect: APIM C3342. Ignition ON.
