6. Install the air cleaner. Refer to: AIR CLEANER - 3.7L Duratec (227kW/301PS).

7. Start and check the exhaust system for leaks.

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION > EXHAUST MANIFOLD RH > REMOVAL

1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. Refer to: Jacking and Lifting - Overview .

2. Disconnect the RH HO2S and catalyst monitor sensor electrical connectors.

NOTE: Clean the catalytic converter-to-exhaust manifold sealing surfaces.
