3. Detach the vacuum hose retainer from the upper intake manifold.

3. Disconnect the EVAP purge valve electrical connector.

Detach the wiring harness retainers.

Disconnect the EVAP purge valve quick release coupling. Refer to: QUICK RELEASE COUPLING .

4. Disconnect the PCV tube from the upper intake manifold and position aside.

Disconnect the throttle body and MAP sensor electrical connectors.

Disconnect the wiring harness retainers.

Remove the upper intake manifold support bolt.
