NOTE: Only tighten the bolts finger tight at this stage.

3. Position the coolant pump pulley and install the bolts finger tight.

4. Install the thermostat housing. Refer to: Thermostat Housing .

5. Remove the plastic from the A/C compressor belt.

6. Install the accessory drive belt. Refer to: ACCESSORY DRIVE BELT - 3.7L Duratec (227kW/301PS).
