Tighten the coolant pump pulley bolts.

Torque

: 18 lb.ft (24 Nm)

8. Install the air cleaner outlet pipe. Refer to: AIR CLEANER OUTLET PIPE .

9. Fill and bleed the cooling system. Refer to: Cooling System Draining and Vacuum Filling .

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

1. Remove the air cleaner. Refer to: AIR CLEANER - 3.7L Duratec (227kW/301PS).

2. Remove the air cleaner outlet pipe. Refer to: AIR CLEANER OUTLET PIPE .

3. Remove the bolts and position the degas bottle aside.

Torque

: 80 lb.in (9 Nm)
