1. If replacing a Variable Force Solenoid (VFS), record the solenoid nozzle color to get the correct part number for the solenoid.

2. If replacing a Variable Force Solenoid (VFS), record the band number to get the correct part number for the solenoid.

3. Lubricate the solenoid O-rings and position the solenoid(s) in the main control valve body in the correct port(s) as marked during removal.
