227. Install the T9 roller bearing race into the bottom of the carrier.

228. Install the top T8 and the bottom T9 roller bearings onto the sun gear.

NOTE: When installing the sun gear, make sure that the TAPERED EDGE is facing UP toward the torque converter housing.

229. Install the sun gear into the planetary assembly.
