1. Remove the transmission fluid cooler tube secondary latches.

2. Using the special tool, disconnect the transmission fluid cooler tube fittings.

Use Special Service Tool: 307-695 Tool, Quick Disconnect.

3. Remove the air cleaner outlet pipe. Refer to: AIR CLEANER OUTLET PIPE - 5.0L 32V Ti-VCT/5.0L Ti-VCT V8 (308kW/418PS).

4. Remove the pushpins and the radiator sight shield.
